1.2 Effective Date of Cancellation

  • You will continue to have access to the Services until the current subscription period expires.
  • No partial-month cancellations are processed for monthly plans.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Monthly Subscription Plans

  • Monthly plans are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
  • Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

2.2 Annual Subscription Plans

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be calculated on a pro-rated basis for the unused subscription period.
  • After 15 days, annual subscriptions become non-refundable.

  • Upon verification, duplicate or incorrect transactions will be fully refunded.

3. Service Disruption

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, if we are unable to provide the Service due to an internal technical issue for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for:

  • A service credit, or
  • A partial refund (at our discretion)

This does not apply to outages caused by:

  • Third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta)
  • Internet service provider issues
  • Force majeure events

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing timelines depend on the payment gateway or banking institution.
