You acknowledge that:

  • Service availability may depend on third-party providers (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp).
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the Services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans as listed on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
  • Services will commence only after successful payment confirmation.
  • All fees are non-transferable.

4.3 Billing Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring sufficient funds for recurring payments.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Services for:

  • Distributing abusive, harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

6. Compliance with Third-Party Policies

Violation of third-party policies may result in suspension of your WhatsApp number or API access.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Required payments are not completed.
  • There is misuse of the platform.

Upon termination, your access to Services will cease immediately.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone.

Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

8.2 Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds within 15 days of purchase.
  • Refunds for duplicate or failed payments will be processed after verification.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by CNM Academy remain our exclusive property.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, resell, or distribute our software or systems.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNM Academy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Service interruptions due to third-party platforms, internet failures, or force majeure events.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous billing cycle.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Service uptime
  • Message delivery guarantees
  • Business outcomes or profitability

12. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp API complies with applicable data protection laws when collecting or processing customer data.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
